CemeteryCrypt is based in Cornwall, UK. All orders are handmade and shipped from this location.

All our products are unisex, except for pants which follow men's sizing. Please refer to product descriptions for sizing details. For further questions, feel free to contact us.
ORDER PROCESSING
As all orders are handmade, please allow 1–2 weeks for processing. We aim to complete orders as quickly as possible and will keep you updated on your order status via email.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
For most clothing items (excluding "hand wash only" pieces), we recommend washing on a delicate machine cycle at 30°C / 86°F. Iron on low heat using steam — do not iron the print. Do not bleach or dry clean.
For products with spikes, turn inside out and wash on a delicate cycle at 30°C / 86°F. Leave to air dry.

Some of our items may contain sharp elements (e.g., spikes or metal components). Please handle with care.
SHIPPING POLICY
All clothing orders are shipped with tracked delivery to ensure safe arrival. We ship worldwide and will email you your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
UK: 2-4 Business Days
EUROPE: 3-5 Business Days
USA: 5-11 Business Days
Rest of the world: 5-11 business days
These are estimated delivery windows, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates. Customs delays or postal disruptions may occur and are outside of our control.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. If incorrect information is submitted and causes a failed delivery, you will be responsible for retrieving the item or paying for reshipping.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds unless an item arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photographic evidence within 7 days of delivery.
RETURN POLICY FOR ITEMS RETURNED DUE TO INCORRECT INFORMATION OR UNPAID TAX OR CUSTOMS CHARGES
At CemeteryCrypt, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. However, certain situations may arise where orders are returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or unpaid customs charges. Please review our policy regarding these circumstances:
Incorrect Shipping Information:
If an order is returned to us because the shipping information provided was incorrect or incomplete, we will reach out via email to confirm your address and any other necessary information required for your order to be resent.
Unpaid Tax & Customs Charges:
If an order is returned to us because customs charges were not paid, the customer will be responsible for paying these charges after the order has been reshipped. We cannot be held accountable for any tax and customs duty charges as this is out of our control.
Reshipping Period:
Upon receiving the returned order, we will contact the customer via email to confirm the reshipping details. Customers will have a period of 2 months (60 days) from the date we receive the order to confirm and arrange for the reshipping.
If we do not receive confirmation for reshipping within this 2-month period, the order will be considered abandoned.
Refund for Returned Orders Policy:
Refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to incorrect shipping information or unpaid tax or customs charges. After the 2-month period has expired, the option for a refund or reshipping is no longer valid.
We encourage our customers to double-check their shipping information and be aware of any potential customs charges to avoid these issues.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY AGAINST ABUSE
CemeteryCrypt maintains a zero tolerance policy against abuse across all communication platforms, including social media and email.
Abusive behaviour Includes:
- Verbal abuse, including derogatory language, threats, or insults.
- Discrimination, including actions or comments based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Any individual found engaging in abusive behaviour will face immediate action, which may include:
- Blocking on social media platforms.
- Termination of any ongoing conversations or interactions with our brand, CemeteryCrypt.
