WHERE IS CEMETERYCRYPT LOCATED?

CemeteryCrypt is based in Cornwall, United Kingdom. All products are handmade and shipped from this location.

UNISEX SIZING

All CemeteryCrypt products are unisex unless otherwise stated. Pants follow men’s sizing. Please refer to individual product descriptions for sizing guidance. If you require assistance, feel free to contact us.

ORDER PROCESSING

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before dispatch. We aim to complete orders as efficiently as possible and will provide updates via email.

WASHING & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Unless stated otherwise, garments should be washed on a delicate cycle at 30°C (86°F). Iron on low heat using steam and avoid ironing directly over prints. Do not bleach or dry clean.

For items containing spikes, turn garments inside out before washing and allow them to air dry.

SAFETY NOTICE

Some products may include sharp elements such as spikes or metal components. Please handle these items with care.

VAT & CUSTOMS (EU ORDERS)

VAT is collected at checkout for EU orders under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme.

- Applies to EU orders under €150
- Orders over €150 are shipped Duties Delivered Paid (DDP)
- No additional customs fees should be charged on delivery

Customs delays may occur and are outside of our control.
