SHIPPING POLICY

Orders of £30 or more are shipped using tracked delivery to ensure safe arrival.

CemeteryCrypt ships worldwide.

Production time: All CemeteryCrypt products are handmade and made to order. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for production before dispatch.

EU and USA orders: All applicable import duties and taxes are included. No additional duties or import fees should be charged on delivery.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- UK: 2-3 business days
- Europe: 3-5 business days
- USA: 5-7 business days
- Rest of the world: 5-7 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by customs or postal services are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete details, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
